The Vonage® for Slack app extends collaboration solutions and boosts team productivity by integrating voice and conferencing tools from Vonage.
To download and install, you must be a Slack Space Owner.
Once installed, Vonage is listed under the Apps in the navigation menu (on left).
Use commands to manage your calls and conferencing options.

| dial <number> (d) | Place a call. |
| answer (a) | Answer the incoming call. |
| hangup (end, e) | End the current call. |

| voicemail (v) | Send incoming all to voicemail. |
| redial (r) | Dial the last call received. |
| calls (a) | Print call log. |
| last <n> (l) | Print specified numbers of calls received. |
| conference (f) | Start a conference call. |
| meet | Start a conference. |
| info (i) | Obtain info about Vonage. |
| help (h, ?) | Print available commands. |
IMPORTANT: If answer and hangup are not working properly, you may have lost connection to the Vonage voice network. Sign out and then sign back in to resolve the issue.
To start a meeting:
Conference information is saved in the Vonage® Integration Suite. Just open the Web Portal, click My User, and then click Personal Conferences.
